JUDGMENT 1. This is the third pre-arrest bail application under Section 438 CrPC , has been filed for and on behalf of the petitioners, namely, 1) Abdul Sattar, 2) Khalilur Rahman, 3) Abdul Malik, 4) Hussain Ahmed, 5) Abdul Kalam and 6) Abdul Khaleque, in the event of their arrest in connection with Patharkandi P.S. Case No.481/2019, under Sections 448/506/436/34 IPC , on the ground that petitioners have moved a Criminal Petition for quashing the FIR and that the petitioners are no away involved with the offence alleged. 2. Save and except the above, no any new ground has been assigned in support of the present bail petitioner. 3. This Court has already gone through the case diary on two occasions and such a bail prayer was lastly rejected on 31.01.2020. Filing of a quashing petition cannot be a ground to re-visit the earlier order, which was passed after perusing the case diary. 4. I find no merit in the present petition and accordingly the same is rejected.
