ORDER With the consensus of parties, this case is taken up for final disposal. 2. Present petition has been filed by the minor children through their uncle, who are son and daughter of Late Martyred Naseer Ahmed and Shazia Kouser-respondent No. 9. 3. Petitioners have claimed following relief in this case: i) “Commanding upon the respondent Nos. 1 to 6 to safeguard the rights of the minor petitioners as per the schemes of Government of India formulated for the purpose of securing the rights and future of kith and kins of the martyrs of Pulwama Terror Attack in which at least 42 CRPF personnel were martyred including the father of the petitioners herein. ii) Further commanding upon the respondents Nos. 7 and 8 to freeze the accounts of the respondent No. 9 till the time the compensation/reliefs and other aides received from different organizations and from Government of India for the benefit of the next of kins of the martyred are properly and adequately shared and deposited in the accounts of the minors till the time they attain age of majority. iii) Further commanding upon private respondents No. 9, 10, 11 and 12 not to spend and squander the amount lavishly and unmindfully to deprive the minors of their rights/share in the amount received on account of the martyrdom of the father of the minor petitioners. iv) Any other writ, order or direction, appropriate in the circumstances, may also be issued in favour of the petitioners and against the respondents in the interest of justice, equity and fair play.” 4. Mrs. Shazia Kouser-respondent No. 9, mother of the petitioners in her statement in the open court, submitted that the share of the minor children, which has been credited on account of death of their father, payment of compensation and other ex-gratia will be protected and she will not spent any amount out of their share except with the permission of competent court. She submitted further that she has already placed on record copy of the agreement evidencing the purchasing of the property in her name and in the name of her son and also the FDRs depositing the amount in the name of her minor children. 5. Mr. Vishal Sharma, learned ASGI appearing for the official respondents-Union of India has submitted that in view of statement of respondent No. 9, the official respondents have no objection in case this writ petition is disposed of in terms of the aforesaid statement. He has also submitted that the department will also safeguard the interest of minor children insofar as their share is concerned. 6. Mr. Anwar Choudhary, learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that he would feel satisfied in case this writ petition is disposed of in terms of the statements made by respondent No. 9 and counsel for respondent Nos. 1 to 8. Statements have been taken on record. 7. This writ petition is disposed of in terms of statements of the parties made above. Connected application shall also stand disposed of.
