ORDER Due to COVID-19 Pandemic, the matter is being taken up by way of Virtual Court proceeding. 2. The matter has been listed under the heading ‘For Orders’ under the orders of Hon’ble the Chief Justice. 3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the respondents. 4. Following relief has been sought for in paragraph 1 of the present writ application on behalf of the petitioner:— ‘1. That the present application is being filed for issuance of appropriate writ, rule or direction commanding upon the respondent authorities for directing them to make payment of the arrears of differential amount of salary of the petitioner for the period from 1st April, 1997 to February, 2013 which remained due to be paid to the petitioner till date due to the reason of wrongly fixation of pay of the petitioner on earlier point of time but subsequently the same was rightly fixed by making correction in wrong fixation of salary of the petitioner done at the earlier point of time, with statutory interest of 18 % per annum calculating from the period of actual date of its payment from which it remained due to be paid. And Also for grant of any other relief/reliefs for which the petitioner is found entitled to.” 5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already filed different representations vide Annexures- 2, 3, 4 and 5 before the Competent Authority for the redressal of his grievance but no final order has been passed upon the said representations made/filed by the petitioner. 6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, the Respondent No. 3 is directed to dispose of the representation, made/filed by the petitioner vide Annexure-2 to the present application, in accordance with law within a period of four months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner. 7. With the aforesaid observation/direction, the present writ application stands disposed of.
