ORDER : J.K. Maheshwari, J. 1. This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to the respondents to implement the order dated 27.12.2017 passed by the A.P. Administrative Tribunal, in O.A.No.3452 of 2017. 2. It is urged by the learned Counsel for the petitioner that the order passed by the A.P. Administrative Tribunal in O.A.No.3452 of 2017 has not been complied with, and at present, as the A.P. Administrative Tribunal is not functional, contempt petition under Section of 17 of the Administrative Tribunals Act, cannot be filed, and that, unless there is a direction by this Court, implementation of the order of the Tribunal is not possible, and at present, the petitioner is remediless, therefore, direction of this Court has been sought for. 3. On the other hand, the learned Government Pleader for respondents contends that in similar case, appropriate directions were issued, therefore, this Court may pass appropriate orders. 4. After hearing the learned Counsel for both the parties and considering the fact that the order passed on 27.12.2017 in O.A.No.3452 of 2017 has not been complied with so far, it is directed that the order in the above O.A. be now complied with by the respondents, within a period of three months from the date of communication of this order, if any stay order /adverse order has not been passed by the higher forum. 5. With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. As a sequel, all the pending miscellaneous applications shall stand closed.
