JUDGMENT : Heard Mr. Ateendra Raj Bagdas, learned counsel for the petitioner, Dr. Doma T. Bhutia, learned Additional Advocate General along with Mr. S.K. Chettri, Government Advocate for the State respondent nos.1 and 2 and Mr. Sujan Sunwar, Assistant Government Advocate for the respondent no.3. Mr. Bagdas submits that the petitioner’s extended term is over, she is no longer in service and as such, the writ petition has become infructuous. He seeks to withdraw the same. The learned counsel for the State respondents have no objection. The writ petitioner is permitted to withdraw the writ petition. The writ petition stands disposed as withdrawn.
