JUDGMENT : 1. This writ petition has been filed, inter alia, for the following relief: "(i) Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus Commanding the respondent No. 4 to release the amount in favour of the petitioner in pursuant to the certificate of succession dated 30.11.2018 forthwith." 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner after arguing the matter at length has confined his prayer to the extent that the petitioner may be permitted to make a fresh representation before the respondent no. 4 in respect of his grievances with a direction to the concerned authority to decide the same within a stipulated period Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Pashupati Nath Tripathi, learned counsel for the respondent Bank and perused the record. 3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this writ petition is finally disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to make a fresh representation before the Respondent No.4, ventilating his grievances within one week from today along with a certified copy of this order enclosing therewith a copy of the writ petition and its entire Annexures and, if any such representation is made, the said authority shall consider and decide the same in accordance with law after examining the entire matter by a speaking and reasoned order within four weeks from the date of receipt of the said representation.
