ORDER : 1. This writ petition is filed with the following prayer : “……………writ of mandamus by declaring the proceedings HRT:DSC:NRO-Kotepalle dated 21.03.2013 and 10.08.2013 issued by the 3rd respondent as arbitrary, illegal, violative of Article 14 and 19(g) of the Constitution of India and to set aside the same and to issue a consequential direction to the respondents to provide Yard light poles, light fittings and cabling to the petitioner Retail outlet at Sy.No.99,A, Kotepalle, Peddamul Mandal, Ranga Reddy District as was provided to other similarly situated dealer forthwith and to pass such other order……………..” 2. Heard Sri A. Rajendra Babu, learned counsel for petitioner and Sri B.Mayur Reddy, learned Standing counsel for the respondents. 3. It has been contended by the petitioner that he was granted Petroleum Retail Outlet Dealership pursuant to the notification issued by the respondents inviting applications for appointment of Retail Outlet Dealers. The grievance of the petitioner is that the respondents have not provided the facilities that are to be provided to an eligible Retail Outlet Dealer i.e., yard light poles, light fitting and cabling to his Retail Outlet. Therefore, he made a representation requesting the respondents to provide all the facilities that are to be provided to an eligible Retail Outlet Dealer. But so far, the respondents have not passed any orders on the said representation and not provided the facilities as indicated above. 4. Therefore, learned counsel for the petitioner contends that appropriate orders be passed in the writ petition directing the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner for providing all the facilities that are to be provided to an eligible Retail Outlet Dealer. 5. Learned Standing counsel appearing for the respondents had contended that if only petitioner submits a fresh representation, the respondents would consider the same and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law. This Court, having considered the rival submissions of the learned counsel appearing for the respective parties, is of the considered view that this writ petition can be disposed of directing the petitioner to submit a fresh representation to the respondents within two (02) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and upon receipt of such representation, the respondents shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law in another eight (08) weeks thereafter. 6. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. 7.
6. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. 7. No order as to costs. 8. Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed.
