JUDGMENT 1. This is an application made under Section 438 Cr.P.C., seeking pre-arrest bail by the petitioner, namely, Mrs. Nowjun Baruah in connection with Dispur Police Station Case No. 159/2020 registered under Sections 326/307/342/506 of the IPC. 2. Case diary produced has been perused. 3. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, appearing for the State. 4. The husband of the informant has already been examined wherein he has stated that he accidently fall down from the second floor to the ground floor as a result of which he sustained injury. Such a statement has denied the allegation made in the FIR. 5. Considering all entirety of the matter, the interim pre-arrest bail granted to the petitioner, vide order dated 27.01.2020, is made absolute by this order with the same terms and conditions. The anticipatory bail application stands disposed of. Return the case diary.
