JUDGMENT 1. This petition under Section 561-A Cr.P.C for quashing the FIR No. 87/2018 registered at Police Station, Gool, District Ramban under Sections 354, 323, 336, 147, 505 and 506 RPC has been filed by the petitioners on various grounds. All the grounds taken in the petition are factual in nature, which cannot be considered in this petition. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioners has failed to show any law point involved in this petition for quashing the aforesaid FIR. Status report filed by the respondents reveals that investigation in the matter has been stayed by this Court on 03.11.2018 and no further progress has been made. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners has mainly impressed this Court on attendance sheet of petitioner No. 1, wherein she has been shown present at Private Institute situated at Miran Sahib on the date of occurrence. He has also argued that petitioner No. 3 is a juvenile, aged about 11 years. 4. After taking into consideration all circumstances of the case, this petition is disposed of with a direction to the Investigating Officer to consider the above aspect of the matter before concluding the investigation. 5. Disposed of as above along with connected IA(s). 6. Interim direction, if any, shall also stand vacated.
