Maheshwari, J In this writ petition a direction to the respondents to produce corpus of the husband and relative of the petitioner viz., (1) Mudavath Kulay Swami Naik, S/o M.Nanda Naik; and (2) Sri Palthya Raju Naik, S/o P.Krishna Naik, is sought for. 2. At the time of hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner, under instructions, stated across the Bar that his client is not interested to prosecute this case. 3. In view of the aforesaid, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, all the pending miscellaneous applications shall stand closed.
