JUDGMENT: RAKESH KUMAR, J. 1. Ms. B.Niveditha, learned counsel, in the presence of Sri K.Gopala Krishna, learned counsel for the respondents, submits that the dispute in between the parties has already been settled outside the Court and as such, the present appeal has become infructuous. 2. Accordingly, the Appeal stands dismissed as the same has become infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. 3. As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
