JUDGMENT : Anjani Kumar Mishra, J. 1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned standing counsel as also counsel who appears for the complainant at whose instance, instant proceedings are drawn against the Pradhan. 2. Challenge in the writ petition is to the order dated 16.10.2019, which is a show cause notice issued to the petitioner, a Pradhan to show cause against the charges contained therein, prior to any order being passed in accordance with the provisions contained in Section 95(1)(g) of the Panchayat Raj Act. 3. From the above, it is clear that the challenge in the writ petition is only to a show cause notice. Such a challenge is not tenable. The petitioner may reply to the notice and contest the proceedings drawn on its basis. 4. Subject to the above, this writ petition fails and is dismissed.
