JUDGMENT 1. Mr. Pfoeskho Pfotte, learned counsel for the applicant is in attendance. 2. The respondents/claimants are absent. 3. By order dated 22.01.2020, this Court had directed that substituted summons upon the respondent Nos. 1 to 3 be published in the local dailies and to file an affidavit before this Court and the same has been complied with. Therefore, service upon the respondent Nos. 1 to 4 is complete. 4. This is an application for condonation of delay of 126 days filed as per Section 5 of the Limitation Act, 1963. 5. The reasons cited for the delay by the learned counsel is contained in paragraph 7 and the delay w.e.f. 24.01.2019 to 19.08.2019 has been explained satisfactorily. 6. The reasons cited concerns with the processes at different stages with the authority of the insurance company which is accepted. The delay of 126 days is accordingly condoned. IA is disposed of.
