JUDGMENT A.V.Sesha Sai, J. Learned counsel for the appellant, Smt. S.Vani, submits that husband and wife are living together happily and seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Family Court Appeal. Permission is accorded. Accordingly, the Family Court Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs of the appeal. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in the appeal shall stand closed.
