JUDGMENT Vinit Kumar Mathur, J. - The present bail applications have been filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. on behalf of the petitioners who are in custody in connection with F.I.R. No. 178/2019, Police Station-Subhashnagar District Bhilwara for the offences under Sections 420, 406, 467, 468, 471, 473 and 120-B of IPC. 2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Public Prosecutor. Perused the material available on record. 3. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the the photographs of the present petitioners have been used while getting the loan sanctioned from the finance company. The principal accused persons who have prepared the documents by committing forgery are Chandrabhan, Anil Kumar and Keshav Kushwah and the present petitioners are neither beneficiaries nor any amount has been received by them. Therefore, it is prayed that the petitioners may be enlarged on bail. 4. The learned Public Prosecutor opposes the bail. 5. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and upon a consideration of the arguments advanced, this Court is of the opinion that the bail applications filed by the petitioners deserve to be accepted. 6. Consequently, the bail applications are allowed. It is ordered that the accused-petitioners Chand Mohamad S/o Shri Hanif, Ishlamuddin S/o Shri Samsudeen & Insaf S/o Mohammad Hussain arrested in connection with F.I.R. No. 178/2019, Police Station-Subhashnagar District Bhilwara shall be released on bail; provided they furnish a personal bond of Rs. 50,000/- (Rupees: Fifty Thousand Only) each with two sureties of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees: Twenty Five Thousand Only) each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court with the stipulation to appear before that Court on all dates of hearing and as and when called upon to do so.
