JUDGMENT 1. Heard learned counsel for the applicants and learned counsel for the prosecution. 2. Sushanta Das and Ratan Das have filed this application for bail under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure in Bijni PS Case No.62/2019 registered under Sections 302/201 IPC. 3. Contention of learned counsel for the prosecution is that the investigation has already been concluded. Incriminating evidences have been found. Charge-sheet has been filed in the Court concerned. The applicants have been shown as absconding accused. 4. Learned counsel for the applicants has taken a very fair stand in saying that the applicants shall surrender before the Court of law and apply for regular bail, after they are taken in custody. It has been pleaded that the application be disposed of. 5. Disposed of.
