The present appeal has been preferred by the original petitioner against the order dated 20th January, 2020 passed in W.P.(C) 13500/2019 which reads as under : “Let the respondents file the status report within four weeks. Reply thereto, if any, be filed within four weeks thereafter. List on 06.05.2020.” 2. Looking to the aforesaid order, we see no reason to entertain this Letters Patent Appeal as no rights and liabilities of the parties have ever been decided by the learned Single Judge by the impugned order dated 20th January, 2020. Even otherwise also, the matter is pending before the learned Single Judge and next date of hearing is 6th may, 2020. Hence, there is no substance in this Letters Patent Appeal and the same is therefore dismissed. CM No.7226/2020 1. In view of the final order passed in the appeal, this application is also disposed of.
