ORDER 1. Heard. 2. This petition is filed being aggrieved by the order dated 25.2.2020 (Annexure-P-1) passed by Registrar, Cooperative Societies whereby the interim application of the petitioner filed pursuant to a direction issued by this Court in Writ Petition No. 27915/2019 dated 19.12.2019, has been rejected on the ground that the same is not maintainable. 3. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the next date for hearing has been fixed as 21.4.2020. 4. On perusal of the of the impugned order, it is reflected that the same is bereft of any reason as to why the interim application was not maintainable. 5. Considering the aforesaid, the order impugned is set aside and the matter is remanded back to the authority concerned/Registrar, Co-operative Societies to decide the interim application again on merits and pass a reasoned speaking order. Till then no coercive action pursuant to the order dated 3.12.2019 (Annexure-P-4) shall be taken against the petitioner. 6. It is made clear that this Court has not opined on merits of the case. 7. With the aforesaid direction, this petition stands disposed of.
