JUDGMENT Dinesh Mehta, J. - Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that by way of order dated 06.02.2016, the District Minority Welfare Officer has recommended that the petitioner be absorbed in any other Madarsa , yet, no effective order has been passed in this regard. Consequently, the petitioner has been left in lurch without any work. 2. Learned counsel submits that the petitioner would be satisfied, if a proper direction is issued to the respondents to consider petitioner's representation in accordance with law. 3. In view of the aforesaid, the present writ petition is disposed of with the direction to the petitioner to file appropriate representation before the respondent No. 2 along with certified copy of the order instant and the recommendation dated 06.02.2016 given by the District Minority Welfare Officer. 4. In case, such representation is filed within two weeks from today, the respondent No. 2 shall pass appropriate order, in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks thereafter. 5. It is made clear that aforesaid direction to decide the representation has been issued only with a view to ensure expeditious redressal of petitioner's grievance. The same may not be construed to be an order to decide the representation in a particular manner. 6. The stay application also stands disposed of accordingly.
