ORDER 1. Leave granted. 2. We have heard learned counsel for the parties. 3. This appeal has been filed against order dated 29.10.2019 passed by the High Court of Punjab and Haryana; by which the second bail application filed by the appellant has been rejected. 4. The appellant is facing trial in a case under Sections 201, 420, 465, 467, 468, 471, 506, 120-B of the Indian Penal Code and Section 13(1)(d) and 13(2) of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988 in FIR No.6 dated 08.06.2017. 5. The case of the appellant is that the other accused (10 in number) have already been granted bail and the appellant has been in custody for about 2 years and 10 months. 6. In the facts of the present case, we are of the view that the ends of justice be served in releasing the appellant on bail on such terms and conditions as may be fixed by the Trial Court. The conditions to be fixed shall also include that in event the in any manner interacts with any of the witnesses or to tamper with evidence or cause delay in the trial, the respondent shall be at liberty to pray for cancellation of bail before the Trial Court itself. With the above directions, the appeal stands disposed of.
