JUDGMENT Sandeep Mehta, J. - Heard. 2. Perused the material available on record. 3. The petitioner seeks emergent parole on the ground that his mother is ill and ailing. However, no document pertaining to the critical illness of the mother of the petitioner has been annexed with the record, other than the outdoor prescription slip of Surajan, mother of the petitioner, which does not indicate that she is having any significant medical problem. Otherwise also, the District Magistrate, Bareilly, from where the petitioner hails, has given an adverse report against the petitioner. 4. Thus, considering the fact that there is no averment in the parole writ petition regarding availability of other family members of the petitioner to take care of his mother and as the District Magistrate, Bareilly has given an adverse report against grant of emergent parole to him, I am not inclined to accept the instant parole writ petition, which is dismissed as such.
