JUDGMENT Ajai Lamba, CJ. - Shri Bimal Bharali has preferred this writ petition against Assam Cricket Association and three others. The plea raised is in regard to election of the Apex Council of the Assam Cricket Association; and establishment of a State Level Committee to address the anomalies in the new constitution of the Apex Council. 2. Learned counsel for the parties are at ad idem that Civil Appeal No.4235/2014, titled -Board of Control for Cricket in India and others -Vs.- Cricket Association of Bihar and others , is pending adjudication before the Honble Supreme Court. The Assam Cricket Association is also one of the respondents before the Honble Supreme Court of India. By virtue of order dated 14 th March, 2019, the Honble Supreme Court of India has in clear terms directed - Till Mr. Narsimha, learned Amicus Curiae, submits a report, we consider it desirable that no Court/Tribunal in India shall entertain or proceed with any matter pertaining to BCCI or any State Cricket Association(s) involved. Learned counsels have also pointed out that vide the order dated 22.10.2019, rendered in the same lis, an exception was made only in regard to pending arbitration and proceeding arising thereof. 3. Considering the direction of the Honble Supreme Court of India, we hereby dispose of this petition. 4. In case, after decision is rendered by the Supreme Court of India, cause of action survives, to be brought before this Court, the petitioner would be at liberty to file a petition on the same cause and related cause.
