ORDER : 1. The Court is convened through Video Conferencing. 2. Heard Mr.Shoeb Alam, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner as also Mr.Tushar Mehta, learned Solicitor General appearing on behalf of the respondent-Union of India. 3. The instant petition has been preferred by the petitioner herein praying for extending the order passed in Suo Moto W.P.No.4/2020 (COVID containment in Child Care Homes) to Nari Niketans also. 4. The petitioner is directed to furnish a copy of the writ petition to the learned Solicitor General. Upon receiving the same, the Government of India is directed to look into the said petition and if it finds it feasible it may extend the facility as granted in Suo Moto W.P.No.4/2020 (COVID containment in Child Care Homes) to Nari Niketans also. 5. With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition stands disposed of.
