ORDER : J K Maheshwari, CJ. 1. This Criminal Petition has been filed seeking to set aside the order dated 08.05.2013 in Crl.M.P. No.1196 of 2013 and consequently quash the proceedings against the petitioner in C.C. No.102 of 2010 on the file of the II Additional Junior Civil Judge, Tadepalligudem, West Godavari District. 2. As per the Case Information Status (CIS), the criminal case was disposed of by the trial Court on 28.06.2019. 3. Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel, all the pending miscellaneous applications shall stand closed.
