JUDGMENT 1. Applicant has filed this application seeking stay of operation of impugned judgment/order dated 26.2.2020. 2. As per the written submissions submitted by the counsel for the applicant, applicant is aged about 64 years and is in custody since 26.2.2020. Marriage of son of the applicant is fixed for 16.4.2020. Complainant had admitted his poor financial condition. 3. Applicant has been sentenced to undergo simple imprisonment for one year. 4. Keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the present case, sentence of the applicant shall remain suspended during the pendency of the petition. Applicant be released on bail subject to the satisfaction of the trial court. 5. Application stands disposed of, accordingly.
