JUDGMENT 1. Neither the learned counsel for the petitioner nor the learned Public Prosecutor is present. 2. The present bail application has been filed under Section 439 Cr. P.C. The petitioner has been arrested in connection with FIR No. 50/2017 registered at Police Station Kanchanpur, Dholpur for the offence(s) under Section(s) 147, 148, 149, 307 & 353 of IPC and 3/25 of the Arms Act. 3. Perused the material on record. Co-accused person namely Amrait Lal @ Imrat Lal was extended benefit of bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 10.04.2017 considering that no one has sustained firearm injury. On that basis, another accused Banwari was also extended benefit of bail by another Coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 28.04.2017. 4. A perusal of the record reveals that the petitioner was not arrested from the place of incident. The petitioner is in custody for more than six months and he does not have any criminal antecedents, case of the petitioner appears to be at par with the co-accused persons already enlarged on bail by the Coordinate Benches of this Court, therefore, I deem it just and proper to enlarge the petitioner on bail. 5. Accordingly, the bail application is allowed and it is directed that accused-petitioner Jadveer @ Yaduveer Jajveer S/o Shri Soneram shall be released on bail under Section 439 Cr.P.C. in connection with afore-mentioned FIR registered at concerned Police Station, provided he furnishes a personal bond in the sum of Rs. 1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lac only) together with two sureties in the sum of Rs. 50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) each to the satisfaction of the trial court with the stipulation that he shall comply with all the conditions laid down under Section 437(3) Cr.P.C.
