ORDER : 1. The Court is convened through Video Conferencing. 2. The issue raised in the instant petition, preferred under Article 32 of the Constitution, relates to One Nation One Ration Card Scheme, framed by the Central Government which was going to start from June, 2020. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner prays that in view of the pandemic of Covid-19, the said Scheme should be implemented forthwith to benefit the migrant workers. 4. Having heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner as also learned Solicitor General appearing on behalf of the respondent-Union of India, we direct the Union of India to consider whether it is feasible for it to implement the said Scheme at this stage or not and take appropriate decision in this regard keeping in view the present circumstances. 5. With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition stands disposed of.
