JUDGMENT 1. Neither the learned counsel for the petitioner nor the learned Public Prosecutor is present. 2. The present bail application has been filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. The petitioner has been arrested in connection with FIR No. 10/2020 registered at Police Station Rupangarh, District Ajmer for the offence(s) under Section(s) 420 of IPC and 19/54, 54-D of the Rajasthan Excise Act. 3. Perused the record and written submissions received from email. Co-accused persons namely Jeevanram and Mahesh have already been extended the benefit of bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court vide its order dated 20.02.2020. Case of the petitioner appears to be at par with the case of the co-accused persons already extended the benefit of bail by the Coordinate Bench of this Court. The petitioner is in custody since 14.01.2020, investigation as against him is complete, offences are triable by Magistrate and therefore, I deem it just and proper to enlarge the petitioner on bail. 4. Accordingly, the bail application is allowed and it is directed that accused-petitioner Rajesh S/o Ramvalabh shall be released on bail under Section 439 Cr.P.C. in connection with aforementioned FIR registered at concerned Police Station, provided he furnishes a personal bond in the sum of Rs. 1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lac only) together with two sureties in the sum of Rs. 50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) each to the satisfaction of the trial court with the stipulation that he shall comply with all the conditions laid down under Section 437(3) Cr.P.C.
