ORDER : 1. This bail application has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. in connection with FIR No.542/2019 registered at P.S. Keshavrai Patan, Bundi for the offences under section 143,323,325,307 and 452 IPC against the applicants, whereupon the investigation was commenced. Apprehending their arrest, the applicant moved the bail application before the court below, which was dismissed. Hence, this bail application has been filed. 2. It is stated in the application that the complainant party inflicted injury to the accused party for which a cross FIR no. 541/2019 has been registered against them at Police Station Keshav Rai Patan. The petitioners acted in self defence and no injury dangerous to life has been assigned to the petitioners. The male accused person has been granted benefit of bail under Section 439 Cr.P.C. by the learned Court below. 3. Perused the case file. 4. As per order dated 24/02/2020 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge No.1, Bundi, Ram Lal and Devi Lal were inflicted injuries on vital part but as per the X-Ray report of Devi Lal, both the injuries found simple in nature and as per injury report of Ram Lal, the injury no.2 sustained by him is grievous in nature on his right hand and the rest injuries are simple in nature. As per Cross FIR No.541/2019, Lal Chand also sustained injuries and the petitioners are females. 5. Taking into consideration the submissions made in the memo of application as also the fact that the petitioners are female persons and there is cross cases in between the parties as also looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, but without expressing any opinion on the merits and demerits of the case, I deem it just and proper to grant anticipatory bail to the applicants. 6. Therefore, this anticipatory bail application is allowed and it is ordered that in case of arrest of the applicants-accused by the investigation officer they shall be released on bail provided each of them furnishes a personal bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- together with one surety bond of the like amount to the satisfaction SHO/IO concerned on the conditions mentioned herein below:- (i) That the accused will make themselves available for the investigation as and when required by the investigation officer. (ii) That the accused will not leave India without permission of the Court. (ii) That the accused will not leave India without permission of the Court. (iii) That the accused will not temper with the evidence or threaten or pressurize the witnesses in the case.
