ORDER : 1. Mr. Tushar Mehta, learned Solicitor General and learned Senior Counsel viz. Ms. Indira Jaising, Mr. V. Giri, Mr. C.S. Vaidyanathan, Dr. Abhishek Manu Singhvi, will arrange a conference of the Advocates appearing in these matters on 17.01.2020 as per their convenient time and place. The Secretary General of this Court may also attend the meeting and co-ordinate with the aforesaid learned Senior Counsel. 2. The Advocates shall decide the following in the aforesaid meeting: (1) Whether any of the issues need to be re-framed and/or added and in what manner. (2) The time that will be allotted to each counsel in the case. (3) The particular points on which each counsel shall address the Court. 3. The counsel on both side will also file their respective compilations along with their short notes. 4. Today, Ms. Shyloja Vijayan, learned counsel, has made a request that Mr. Mathew Nedumpara, Advocate, be permitted to argue the present matter. 5. We do not think this is permissible in view of this Court’s order dated 27.03.2019 passed in Suo Motu Contempt Petition (Crl.) No. 1 of 2019. Hence, the request is rejected. 6. List these matters along with Writ Petition (C) No. 472 of 2019, SLP (C) No. 18889/2012 and Writ Petition (C) No. 286 of 2017, on 03.02.2020.
