JUDGMENT 1. They are heard. 2. The applicant has preferred this application under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, 1973 for modification of bail order dated 06.01.2020 passed in Miscellaneous Criminal Case No.53157/2019. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that the applicant filed a bail application under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, which was registered as Miscellaneous Criminal Case No.53157/2019 and it was allowed by this Court vide order dated 06.01.2020 and the applicant was directed to be released on bail upon furnishing a personal bond and one solvent surety before the trial Court. However, due to typing mistake, name of the applicant was wrongly mentioned in the bail application as 'Shravan Singh s/o Babu Singh' whereas the correct name of the applicant is 'Shravan Singh Rathore @ Bablu Singh Rathore s/o Jujhar Singh Rathore'. Hence, learned 2 counsel for the applicant prays for correction in name of the applicant in bail order. 4. Looking to the reasons assigned in the application, Miscellaneous Criminal Case No.1140/2020 is allowed; and order dated 06.01.2020 passed in Miscellaneous Criminal Case No.53157/2019, name of the applicant be read as 'Shravan Singh Rathore @ Bablu Singh Rathore s/o Jujhar Singh Rathore' conjointly with this order. Certified copy, as per rules. Accordingly, Miscellaneous Criminal Case No.1140/2020 stands allowed.
