I.A No.01/2020 is an application filed by the petitioner seeking withdrawal of the Public Interest Litigation (PIL) on the ground that on going through the counter affidavit filed by the respondent no.1, the petitioner is satisfied with the measures taken by the State for creating awareness on Sarva Siksha Abhiyaan in the State of Sikkim and that State is also following Kasturba Gandhi Vidyalaya Manual as the Hostel Manual for residential hostels. 3. In view of the order 26.09.2019 passed by this Court, the prayers (c) and (d), which are as follows, are only surviving for consideration: “(c) For a direction to the State Respondent no.2 to create awareness of Sarva Siksha Abhiyan Project widely in the State in phase manner in all the Districts of the State. (d) For a direction to the State Respondent No.2 to prepare a Manual for the Residential Hostel for the entire State and same may be uploaded in their website.” 4. We have perused the affidavit filed by the respondents. On due consideration, we are of the opinion that this PIL need not be pursued any further. Accordingly, the PIL stands disposed of. I.A No.01/2020 also stands disposed of.
