JUDGMENT 1. The Court is convened through video conferencing. 2. We have heard Ms. Divya Roy, learned counsel appearing for the appellants-applicants. We have also heard Ms. Kiran Suri, learned senior counsel appearing for the respondent-State along with Ms. Rashmi Malhotra, learned counsel. 3. Having regard to the peculiar condition of pandemic and considering the submission of Ms. Divya Roy, learned counsel appearing for the appellants, eight weeks' further time is granted to the appellants-applicants as a last chance to surrender before the concerned Trial Court and serve the remaining sentence. 4. It is made clear that no further extension for surrender shall be granted to the appellants. 5. Miscellaneous Application NO(s).1051 of 2020; 1050 of 2020 and 1052 of 2020 are accordingly disposed of.
