ORDER : 1. Heard Shri K.V. Vishwanathan, learned senior counsel for the petitioner and Shri Tushar Mehta, learned Solicitor General for the Union of India. 2. Shri K.V. Vishwanathan, learned senior counsel, has raised certain concern with regard to guidelines dated 15.05.2017, especially for appropriate accommodation for quarantining the doctors and other medical staff. He further submits that all the doctors and health care workers are exposed to the high risk and they should be given the benefit of accommodation since if they go back to their family, it is more risky and opens the entire family to risk and difficulty. 3. Shri Tushar Mehta, learned Solicitor General, submits that in event the petitioner has any other suggestions, the same can be given to the Secretary Health & Family Welfare today itself, which may be considered by the appropriate authority and appropriate response shall be brought before this Court by the next date of hearing. 4.
