JUDGMENT R.C. Khulbe, J. - By way of present writ petition, moved under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, petitioner seeks to quash the case crime no.663 of 2020, under Section 379 and 411 IPC, registered at P.S. Kotwali Roorkee Haridwar, District Haridwar. 2. The parties have filed the above-numbered compounding application to show that the parties have buried their differences and have settled their disputes amicably. 3. It is contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that offences punishable under Sections 379 & 411 IPC are compoundable offences. 4. Parties are present before the Court today through video conferencing and they are duly identified by their respective counsels. 5. Accordingly, compounding application is allowed. The entire proceedings, mentioned hereinabove, pending between the parties are hereby quashed qua the present petitioner on the basis of compromise arrived at between the parties. 6. Present petition stands disposed of, as above. 7. Pending application, if any, also stand disposed of accordingly. 8. Let a certified copy of this order be supplied to the learned counsel for the parties, within 24 hours, as per rules.
