JUDGMENT M. Ganga Rao, J. - Questioning the action of the 2nd respondent in orally directing the petitioner to vacate the premises bearing D.No.4-29-A-24-A, Indira Nagar, opposite to Indira Nagar Shadi Mahal, Madanapalle, Chittoor District, without following due process of law, the present writ petition is filed. 2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri N. Ranga Reddy, learned standing counsel appearing for the 2nd respondent. 3. The grievance of the petitioner is that on 03.02.2018 the 2nd respondent and its staff visited the petitioner's premises bearing D.No.4- 29-A-24-A, Indira Nagar, and orally directed him to vacate the said premises. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the said action of the 2nd respondent and its staff, without following due process of law, is illegal and arbitrary. 5. Learned standing counsel submits that in the event the petitioner made any constructions, illegally without obtaining any permission, the respondent authorities are entitled to stop the construction and demolish the illegal construction, however, by issuing necessary notice as required under A.P. Municipalities Act. 6. Having regard to the facts & circumstances of the case, submissions of both the counsel and on perusal of the record, this Court in the interests of justice felt it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition. 7. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent not to take any coercive steps for eviction of the petitioner from the subject premises and/or demolish the structures in the subject premises, without following the procedure established by law. There shall be no order as to costs. 8. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
