ORDER : Kunuru Lakshman, J. 1. Learned Government Pleader for Irrigation takes notice for respondent No. 1. 2. Learned Government Pleader for Municipal Administration and Urban Development takes notice for respondent No. 2. 3. Learned Government Pleader for Revenue takes notice for respondent Nos. 3, 6 and 7. 4. Issue notice to respondent Nos. 4 and 5. 5. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that respondent Nos. 4 to 7 are attempting to remove the fencing, cut the trees and plants in the lands belonging to the petitioners without following due process of law. According to the petitioners, respondent Nos. 4 to 7 made serious attempts to cut the trees and plants and to remove fencing on 09.01.2020 and 10.01.2020 without following due process of law. Thus there is threat of cutting trees, plants and removal of fencing. 6. In view of the aforesaid submission, respondents 4 to 7 are directed not to remove the fencing and cut the frees and plants in the lands belonging to the petitioners without following due process of law until further orders. 7. List the matter on 07.02.2020.
