JUDGMENT Rakesh Kumar, J. - The present appeal has been listed in view of request letter filed by learned counsel for the appellants. In the letter it has been indicated that dispute has been settled outside the Court and as such, a prayer has been made for withdrawal of the appeal. 2. Prayer is allowed. 3. Accordingly, the Appeal Suit stands dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs. 4. As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Appeal shall stand closed.
