JUDGMENT 1. Heard. Perused the material available on record. 2. It is stated by Shri K.R. Bhati, learned counsel representing the convict-petitioner that his application seeking release on permanent parole is pending consideration of the State Government. We therefore, direct that the said application shall be objectively considered and decided by a reasoned order within a period of two months from today. In case, any adverse order is passed, the petitioner shall be at liberty to challenge the same as per law. 3. The parole writ petition is disposed of in these terms.
