ORDER : MA No. 911/2020 1. The tenure of the Chairman of TDSAT is coming to end on 20th July, 2020 and the tenure of members have already come to an end. 2. Mr. K.K. Venugopal, the learned Attorney General submits that the tenure of the Chairman of TDSAT be extended for some period to enable the entire process of selection and appointment be completed. 3. After hearing learned counsel for the parties, we are of the view that the tenure of the Chairman and the members of TDSAT be extended for a period of three months during which period the entire process of appointment of the Chairman and members be completed. 4. The application stands disposed of. 5. Pending applications stand disposed of. MA No. 919/2020 6. Mr. Parag Tripathi, learned senior counsel appearing for National Disputes Redressal Commission submits that the Selection and Search Committee has already made recommendation for judicial and non judicial members of National Disputes Redressal Commission on 24th June, 2020 which is pending consideration with the Government. 7. In above view of the matter, we are of the view that the Government may take appropriate decision with regard to selection and appointment before the next date of hearing. 8. List the matter again on 26th August, 2020. IA No. 59784/2020 - APPROPRIATE ORDERS/DIRECTIONS 9. Let this application be served on the standing counsel for the Government of NCT of Delhi. 10. List the application after two weeks. 11. In the meantime, learned counsel appearing for the NCT of Delhi shall obtain appropriate instructions.
