JUDGMENT Pankaj Bhandari, J. - Petitioner has filed this fourth bail application under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. 2. F.I.R. No.732/2017 was registered at Police Station Mathura Gate, Bharatpur for offence under Sections 323, 341, 336, 307, 302, 120-B of I.P.C. and Sections 3/25 and 4/25 of Arms Act. 3. No ground is made out for entertaining the fourth bail application as second bail application was rejected after duly considering the contentions of the parties and contentions of the Investigating Officer. Petitioner is not co-operating in disposal of the case, even when Investigating Officer is present, she has not been examined on the ground of COVID-19. 4. Accordingly, Criminal Misc. Fourth Bail Application is dismissed.
