JUDGMENT G.Sri Devi, J. - The present Criminal Petition under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioner/accused seeking to grant anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest in connection with Crime No.119 of 2018 of Khammam III Town Police Station, Khammam District, which was registered for the offences punishable under Section 420 read with Section 34 of I.P.C. 2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondentState and perused the record. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is innocent and he has nothing to do with the offence. He further submits that the petitioner is ready to abide by any condition that may be imposed in the event of his enlargement on anticipatory bail. 4. Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor opposed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner and he submits that after completion of entire investigation, the police has submitted charge sheet before the Court concerned and the same has been numbered as C.C.No.1332 of 2019, as such the anticipatory bail is not permissible under law. 5. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on anticipatory bail and accordingly, the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail is rejected. However, the petitioner is directed to surrender before the Court concerned within a period of two weeks from today and file an application for bail before the Court concerned after giving prior notice to the Public Prosecutor, in which event, the same can be disposed of on the same day in accordance with law. 6. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is disposed of.
