ORDER : Devendra Kachhawaha, J. 1. Taking into consideration the rise in COVID-19 cases, specifically at Jodhpur and Jaipur, the functioning of Rajasthan High Court, Jodhpur shall be only through video conferencing. 2. During the proceedings of the Court, learned Senior Advocate Mr. P.P. Choudhary appearing for the petitioner Ms. Jyotsana Suri in S.B. Criminal Revision Petition No. 663/2020 has requested the Court to take up the matters. 3. As requested, the matters were decided to be heard at 3:15 pm. 4. But due to paucity of time, as the Courts were ordered to be sit uptill 3:30 pm, therefore, the arguments advanced by the learned Senior Advocate Mr. Choudhary could not be completed. 5. In view of the above, this Court thinks it appropriate that the matters may be posted to any other date so that arguments in each of the matters could be heard and only thereafter, appropriate orders could be passed. 6. Therefore, in the above circumstances and at the request of the learned counsel for the parties, list these matters on 19.10.2020 to be taken up at 2:00 pm. 7. Interim orders shall continue till the next date of hearing.
