JUDGMENT Cheekati Manavendranath Roy, J. - This petition is filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, to enlarge the petitioner on bail in the event of his arrest. 2. The petitioner is A-9 in Crime No.574 of 2020 of Nandigama Police Station, Krishna District. 3. The offences registered against him are under Sections 302 and 201 r/w 34 IPC. 4. This is a second criminal petition filed by the petitioner seeking anticipatory bail. Earlier petition filed by him was dismissed as per the Order dated 08.09.2020 passed in Criminal Petition No.3048 of 2020. 5. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor. 6. This Court, in its earlier order dated 08.09.2020 passed in Criminal Petition No.3048 of 2020, after considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also the submission made on behalf of the petitioner, having regard to the gravity of the offences and as it is a case of murder of the deceased and as conspiracy is involved, clearly held that this is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail. Now the investigation in this case is almost completed and preliminary charge sheet is also filed wherein the complicity of the petitioner in commission of the aforesaid offence by hatching up a conspiracy, is also prima facie well founded from the said preliminary charge sheet. Therefore, in view of the findings already given by this Court that this is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail, this Court do not see any valid ground to differ with the said view and consider this petition in favour of the petitioner. 7. In the result, this Criminal Petition is dismissed.
