JUDGMENT Shameem Akther, J. - This Writ Petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is filed by the petitioner, wherein the following prayer is made: "to issue an order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondent No.4 in non mutating the name of the petitioner and non-issuance of pattadar pass book to the petitioner in respect of land to an extent of Ac. 3-08 gts in Sy.No.328, situated at Cherukupally Revenue Village Sivar, Kethepally Mandal, Nalgonda District, is highly illegal, arbitrary, unconstitutional, violation of principles of natural justice and also in violation of Articles 14, 19 (1) (g) and 21, and 300-A of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the 4th respondent to issue pattadar pass book to the petitioner in respect of land to an extent of Ac.3-08 gts in Sy.No.328, situated at Cherukupally Revenue Village Sivar, Kethepally Mandal, Nalgonda District." 2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 4 and perused the record. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has inherited the subject land in an extent of Acs.3-08 guntas in Survey No.328, situated at Cherukupally Revenue Village Sivar, Kethepally Mandal, Nalgonda District, from his ancestors. He submitted representations, dated 10.12.2019 and 13.08.2020, to respondent No.4, Tahsildar, Kethepally Mandal, Nalgonda District, seeking mutation of his name in the revenue records. But, till date, no action has been taken on those two applications and ultimately requested to direct respondent No.4, Tahsildar, Kethepally Mandal, Nalgonda District, to dispose of the representations, dated 10.12.2019 and 13.08.2020, submitted by the petitioner, expeditiously. 4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue would contend that there is no endorsement on the copies of applications, dated 10.12.2019 and 13.08.2020, demonstrating that originals of said applications were filed in the office of the 4th respondent. 5. In the given circumstances, it is appropriate to issue a direction as follows: "Respondent No.4, the Tahsildar, Kethepally Mandal, Nalgonda District, is directed to dispose of representations, dated 10.12.2019 and 13.08.2020, submitted by the petitioner, in accordance with law, within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5. In the given circumstances, it is appropriate to issue a direction as follows: "Respondent No.4, the Tahsildar, Kethepally Mandal, Nalgonda District, is directed to dispose of representations, dated 10.12.2019 and 13.08.2020, submitted by the petitioner, in accordance with law, within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If copies of aforesaid representations are not available in the office of the 4th respondent, the petitioner is directed to file a fresh representation/s and seek disposal of the same, within the time stipulated above." 6. With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
