JUDGMENT A.Abhishek Reddy, J. - Heard the learned counsel for petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Transport for respondents. With their consent, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the stage of admission. 2. The learned Government Pleader for Transport submits that without making necessary application for conversion of the vehicle Maxi Cab bearing No.TS 12 UC 9817 from Transport to Non-transport, the petitioner straight away filed the present Writ Petition. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner will make appropriate application before the competent authority for conversion of the vehicle by paying necessary fee. 5. In view of the above submissions made by both the parties, the Writ Petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to make appropriate application before the competent authority by paying necessary fee. On such application being received, the competent authority is directed to dispose of the said application within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of such application. 6. The miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
