JUDGMENT Hiranmay Bhattacharyya, J. - Mr. Chatterjee, Learned Advocate for the opposite party has raised a preliminary objection with regard to the maintainability of the application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India since the subsequent extensions have not been challenged. 2. Mr. Roy, Learned Advocate for the petitioners submits that the instant Civil Order is very much maintainable. 3. This Civil Order was heard along with C.O.3762 of 2018. 4. A question has been referred for consideration by a larger Bench in the said Civil Order. Such question is also involved in the instant Civil Order. 5. Accordingly, Registry is directed to place this matter along with C.O. 3762 of 2018 before the Hon'ble the Chief Justice for constitution of a larger bench.
