JUDGMENT K. Lakshman, J. - This is an application for anticipatory bail. The petitioner is accused No.1 in Crime No.434 of 2019 of Women Police Station, Hyderabad, registered for the offences under Sections 498-A, 506 IPC and Sections 4 and 5 of Dowry Prohibition Act. 2. Sri T. Pradyumnakumar Reddy, learned Senior Counsel representing Sri T. Anirudh Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the entire investigation has been completed and the police have filed charge sheet. The same is not numbered. The petitioner is in Dubai at present and his mother is not well. Therefore, the petitioner is intending to come to India on 13.09.2020. Hence, he sought to consider the anticipatory bail application of the petitioner. 3. On the other hand, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor would submit that the entire investigation has been completed and the police have filed the charge sheet by showing the petitioner as absconding. 4. On perusal of the entire material papers, it is not in dispute that the police have completed the investigation and have filed charge sheet in Crime No.434 of 2019. The same is not numbered. The petitioner is in Dubai at present and intending to come to India. 5. In view of the above, this Criminal Petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to appear before the XIII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Nampally, Hyderabad and move a regular bail application. The XIII Metropolitan Magistrate is directed to consider the said application on the very same day. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
