JUDGMENT 1. Mr.V.Jayaprakash Narayanan, learned Government Pleader takes notice for R1, R3 and R4. 2. Heard the learned counsel for the Petitioners, who has submitted that there is no social distancing in the Camp and it can accommodate only 40 persons, whereas 80 persons have been confined therein. It is further submitted that if anyone is infected with Corona Virus, the life of other inmates, including the petitioners herein, will be put to danger. Learned counsel for the petitioners also stated that the petitioners will not step out of Kancheepuram District and will abide by any conditions that may be imposed by this Court till the situation is restored to normalcy. 3. Per Contra, learned Government Pleader has submitted that Authorities are maintaining social distancing. However, he seeks time to file the status report of R1 and R3 in this matter. 4. List this matter on 09.04.2020 at 11:30am by Video Conference through Zoom App. R1 and R3 are directed to file their status report.
