JUDGMENT Cheekati Manavendranath Roy, J. - This Criminal Petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short "Cr.P.C.") is filed seeking quash of the F.I.R. in Crime No.223 of 2020 of S.Kota Police Station, Vizianagaram District. 2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor. 3. The petitioners are A-1 to A-3 in Crime No.223 of 2020 of S.Kota Police Station, Vizianagaram District. A case under Sections 270 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 was registered against them in the above crime. The said case is now under investigation. 4. Both the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that it is a covered matter and this Court has earlier quashed the F.I.R. registered for the similar offences based on identical facts. Therefore, they would pray to pass appropriate orders accordingly. 5. As can be seen from the common order of this Court passed in Criminal Petition Nos.5103 of 2019 and batch, this Court has quashed several F.I.Rs registered for the similar offences based on identical facts. Relying on the aforesaid order, this Court in another Criminal Petition No.2773 of 2020 quashed the F.I.R registered for the similar offences. 6. Therefore, in view of the earlier orders of this Court, the petitioners, who are similarly placed, are also entitled for the relief of quash of F.I.R. 7. In the result, this Criminal Petition is allowed in view of the earlier orders of this Court and for the reasons stated therein, the F.I.R. in Crime No.223 of 2020 of S.Kota Police Station, Vizianagaram District, is hereby quashed. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, in this Criminal Petition, shall stand closed.
